Captain Hog’s BBQ is an award winning BBQ competition cooking team at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest (WCBBQ).
To create and serve up one of the best BBQ experiences that you, your guests and the judges will ever have.
How we do it
Set up a 40’ X 50’ tent, move in a commercial kitchen and bar and stock them with the finest meats and ingredients, beer, wine and liquor. Our food is prepared fresh daily and all meats are smoked on a rotisserie over a hardwood fire. Can’t you smell it now?!
